2)Techniques: We use the process of Precision casting, Investment casting, lost wax casting, lost foam casting, water glass casting, Silica sol casting, sand casting and Die casting to produce the spare parts.
 
3)Material: The main precision castings is steel precision casting ( alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel) and Iron precision casting( Gray Iron, Ductile Iron, Grey Iron).
 
4)Weight: As for precision casting, we can manufacture the casting parts weighted 0.1-100KG. For water glass casting, the weight we could control is from 0.2g to 80kg. For Silica sol casting, the weight is 0.1-60kg. For lost foam casting, the weight is 0.2-100kg. For sand casting, the weight we could manage is 40-2500kg.
 
5)Facility: Both casting techniques I listed above, we have 4 intermediate frequency furnaces each of the capacity is from 500kg to 1000kgs.
 
6)Test Machine: Spectrograph, Tensile Strength, Impact Test Machine, Rockwell hardness tester, Metallography analyzer, Magnetic defect detector, Ultrasonic flaw detector, X-ray test. If you like to choose them to test the precision casting's quality, please email me your requirements.
