1)Techniques: We use the process of Precision casting, Investment casting, lost wax casting, lost foam casting, water glass casting, Silica sol casting, sand casting and Die casting to produce the spare parts.
2)Material: Mainly material we using are Common carbon steel, alloy steel, manganese steel, stainless steel, High Cr& wear-resist cast iron, Grey Iron, Ductile Iron, aluminum and so on.
3)Weight: For water glass casting, the weight we could control is from 0.2g to 80kg. For Silica sol casting, the weight is 0.1-60kg. For lost foam casting, the weight is 0.2-100kg. For sand casting, the weight we could manage is 40-2500kg.
4)Facility: Both casting techniques I listed above, we have 4 intermediate frequency furnaces each of the capacity is from 500kg to 1000kgs.
5)Test Machine: Spectrograph, Tensile Strength, Impact Test Machine, Rockwell hardness tester, Metallography analyzer, Magnetic defect detector, Ultrasonic flaw detector, X-ray test.
6)Product usage: The forging parts are used for mining equipment, Pumps, construction machinery, transportation equipment like train or truck and so on.
7)Market: We export forging parts to America, Canada, Spain, Australia, U.K, Germany, Sweden, Norway and supply good after-service. Now our annual export capacity is more than 20000 tons. Till now, we have got a good impression from our customers.
